The Zyxist Diaries A programmer's voice from Poland

About me

My name is Tomasz Jędrzejewski (/tomash jeundzheyevsky/). I am a twenty-one year-old programmer from Poland. Currently, I study computer science at AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow. I am specializing in PHP application design and development, with special attention to framework and programming library construction.

Among my projects the most notable are Open Power Libs, a set of modern PHP5 libraries for demanding programmers, and TypeFriendly, HTML book writing tool based on Markdown. To support their development, I founded Invenzzia Group, a non-profit team of programmers to support open-source projects. Despite OPL and TypeFriendly, our contributions include also Doctrine ORM, PHP Markdown Extra and the bugfinding in many other projects.

When it comes to my hobby, I am a fan of rail and public transport. In my free time, I travel through Poland (and other countries in the future, too) visiting and photographing different transportation systems. I also enjoy music: listening, playing (on a keyboard) and singing.
